Willamette Valley Wine Dinner featuring Boedecker Cellars

Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the wines of Boedecker Cellars, a family-owned winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley known for crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines. Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, with each course expertly paired to showcase the unique character of every wine.

We’ll begin with two beautifully expressive white wines: Boedecker Pinot Blanc and the winery’s distinctive Chardonnay–Pinot Noir Co-Ferment, followed by two exceptional Pinot Noirs—the 2018 Pappas Wine Co. Pinot Noir and Boedecker Cellars’ 2019 Athena Pinot Noir. Each pairing has been designed to highlight the harmony between the food and the wine while telling the story behind each bottle.
