Shake, stir, and sip your way through an immersive cocktail experience at Lillian’s Petite Market & Eatery. Our Bar Classes invite guests to explore their favorite spirits—Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Bourbon, Gin, or Infusions & Syrups—while learning the fundamentals of mixology.

Led by Ruth Wetenhall, our mixology and mushroom-foraging maven, these classes dive into the art of distillation, balance, and storytelling through spirits. As the heart behind the bar and cocktail program at Lillian’s, Ruth brings a unique blend of care and creativity to every class. With a background in holistic health coaching, she infuses her craft with intention—prioritizing functional herbs and ingredients that nourish as much as they delight.

You’ll master the basics of shaking, stirring, and proper glassware, while discovering the “golden ratio” that defines every great drink. Together, we’ll craft four essential cocktails—like Margaritas, Old Fashioneds, Martinis, or Daiquiris—with the option to elevate each with premium spirits.

Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply curious to learn, Lillian’s Bar Classes are designed to educate, entertain, and inspire—all in a relaxed, hands-on setting filled with creativity and community.

Each guest will leave with signature garnishes and a handcrafted mixer to inspire creativity and play at home.
