FIRST TASTE: AN AUTUMN TASTING EXPERIENCE

Be among the first to experience Lillian’s new autumn menu before it officially launches.

This Chef’s Choice tasting dinner is a first taste of the ingredients, flavors and ideas inspiring Todd and our kitchen this fall. Expect Carolina seafood, autumn vegetables, local grains, mushrooms, thoughtfully sourced meats and plenty of surprises along the way.

As always, the menu will be guided by what is coming in from our local growers and producers, what the season gives us, and what inspires our kitchen that week. That means we’re intentionally leaving a little room for creativity—and for the unexpected.

Throughout the evening, you’ll have a chance to spend time with our chefs, staff and owner, hear a little about the inspiration behind the new menu, and get a first look at what’s coming to Lillian’s this autumn.

We’ll also be selecting some fun wines to enjoy alongside the evening’s dishes. An optional wine pairing can be added to your ticket.

These dinners are some of our favorite nights at Lillian’s. They’re less about a formal tasting and more about gathering around the table with neighbors, trying something new, talking about food and wine, and sharing what we’ve been working on.

Due to the nature of the menu, we are unable to accommodate additional substitutions or special requests. A vegetarian menu may be provided with advance notice.
